Therapy is a place for you to experience being accepted and deeply understood.

There are times in our lives when we are presented with challenging circumstances. These experiences can be enormously difficult yet they also provide an opportunity for tremendous growth.

The guidance and support of a trusted professional can be vital in regaining a sense of balance and the ability to move forward in a positive way.

I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive atmosphere for individuals, couples and families to do deep personal work.

I work collaboratively with my clients, utilizing well-developed listening skills and compassion to hear their needs and goals to then help them on their paths to growth and desired change.

I use a variety of theories, specific to each individual client including Psychodynamic, Attachment Theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
