My Approach

I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive atmosphere for individuals, couples and families to do deep personal work.

My therapeutic background provides a unique perspective to help clients understand underlying emotions, navigate conflict, develop stronger decision-making skills, and build resiliency.

I emphasize depth work, including insight and emotional experiencing, that may allow for problems that have not responded to more solution focused methods to resolve. A depth focus is particularly appropriate for people seeking more fulfilling relationships and rich inner lives in addition to a resolution of a concern; it also may produce benefits including self-awareness, self-esteem, sense of life meaning, resolution of emotional issues, and deeper experiences of connection with others.

I draw on a variety of modalities to best serve each individual including Psychodynamic, Attachment Theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

If you’re looking for extra support through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life and relationships, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
